ARC, Neverwinter launcher slowest download I have ever seen.....

I had to reinstall everything today. Everything else works fine and I get 3.3 mb/s downloads. When I went to install ARC it was fine. After it did what it did, it started Neverwinter. OMG 150k download of a 6036 MB uncompressed patch.

I disabled all my security software. with no avail. So I just left it, but I forgot to disable hibernate :mad:
After a couple hours, I fixed the hibernate, canceled, and restarted. Compression seems to be working :rolleyes: again, but still takes 5 seconds to download 1 meg. :mad:
I have been patching for the last 2 1/2 hours. I still got about 2 gigs to go.
I just wanted to say it just seemed to fix it self about 8am CST.
I really appreciate all the help and replies that I got from PerfectWorld "NOT" :P
