I think you might be on to something with the halfling and the riddles. However, on wrong answers there are way too many mobs that spawn. This is just going to cause frustration and death and people will not play this quest. The area could use some dressing up as it is a little bland. I like the idea of the wishing well. That should help players get through this quest.
