Reward chests don't open in Dungeon Delves

This is a problem I have since a week or so, already before the patch.
Reward Chests don't open for me when I enter Epic Dungeons during Dungeon Delves. Relogging doesn't help either and I'm always the only one in the party with that problem.
I have sent a bug report and I have requested help, but not only didn't I get an response, I don't even get a listed ticket in my ticket list.

    Do you have a solo quest or Foundry quest where you quit before taking the reward? Should say collect reward on quest. I don't know if this is the problem, but I've experienced some wonkiness when I had to leave a foundry before collecting and didn't both to redo.

    I did have to abort several Foundry quests over the last weeks due to bugs or not having time or not liking the quest. I always did fully abandon them though and didn't let them clutter up my quest log.
