Weird armour piece

So this piece of armour dropped for me today. It's a cloth armour, yet my CW can't use it and the class entry is blank.

Is this a bug and has anyone encountered this before, or could this be a leak from a new cloth armour class? xD

Not totally sure, but i think is the same Scourge Warlock armor that was being dropped during CBT. Still, doesnt mean its a proof about whats the new class.
