Feywild pack

So I bought the pack a couple weeks ago. But I have nothing yet.

I have had tickets in on here and in game....no replies. I paid $60 to have this stuff..I should have the stuff.

Anyone else not gettin their stuff?

    You get the pack through the ingame mail system. On one of my chars it took approximatly 5 minutes to get into the mailbox after I logged in. So you may have to wait a little bit ingame or you just go the founders agent where you can claim the pack aswell

    Ya but I have no mail. Do not even have the extra character slot. No replies from in game support, or from support on here. And cannot get hold of them thru their phone#. Getting annoyed.

    When you submitted your ticket. What category did you pick for the issue. If it wasn't billing/account issue then it will take them longer to get to.

    Original ticket was missing items. Just put in another under billing. Thanks for the tip.

    And my pack is now applied lol. Billing was the way to go :)
