launcher stuck at patching

I downloaded and played feywild for about an hour when my game crashed. I reopemed the game but now my launcher gets to patching and just stays there. Nothing is being downloaded but the bar says patching ajd the button says cancel. Hqve tried the obviouse reopening launcher and such. Going to try a reboot now.
