How the debuffs stack?

Hello neverwinter's community

I have questions: how the debuff stack and can a boss have 0 in mitigation?
Some explanations: With Conduit of Ice, CW can reduce the mitigation by 15%. With Ray of Enfeeblement, CW reduce the mitigation to. The Greater plaguefire reduce defense by 45%. GF can debuff a target with his tab. TR can debuff the target 5 times with wicked reminder (wr reduced the armor class?) etc.
Therefore, what debuff comes first? The besser for us is the plague fire first and debuff who reduces the mitigation at the end.

And a target can have 0 mitigation? -15 % with CoI, - x% with RoE, - resistance with wr and -45% defense with plaguefire can make 0 mitigation.
Sorry if this questions have been asked and sorry for my English :)

GWF also have student of the sword, which does 45% defense reduction with 3 stacks on the enemy. (stacks on crits)

So, in theory, a single GWF should be able to do 90% of the target's defense with a greater plag weapon and student of the sword.

May be student of the sword and plague fire stack multiplicatively.

ArmorPen only affect normal Defense mitigation. But debuffs allow for negative mitigation, which means extra damage. Do not ask me what abilities are flat mitigation reduction (lower % damage resist) and which lower Defense stat. But you can easily test it on the dummy (0 mitigation) by comparing the base number (in parenthesis) and the actual amount.

For example (DC) Divine Glow, Prophecy of Doom, and Nimbus of Light are all flat % debuffs.
