Lightning Weapon enchantment

I've noticed that anytime I see people with weapon enchantments, they're weapon, obviously, displays a distinct aura around it, be that while in combat or when they are just standing around. Except for my weapon enchantment. I can see the effects while I'm using my weapon but while it sits on my hip, (TR class by the way), I just see the normal dull looking blade. No effect. I was wondering if anyone else has this issue?
