"I just hit 60 and I want to equip insanely expensive BiS gear so I can run dungeons"?
Why not wear the stuff you get from the dungeons themselves? It's...sort of the point of running the dungeons, after all.
You can breeze through epic cloak tower practically naked, so greens/blues should be fine for most T1s until you have a decent set of T1 gear, which should then be enough to saunter through T2s until you have a decent set of T2 gear.
But if you have the cash and don't want to do dungeon farming for gear, then full MH set is usually regarded as the best bet for BiS gear: the full set bonus ends up doing more for you than the extra 400-450 stats would do if you went 2/2.
The soft-cap for crit is the lowest (around 2500?) The recovery soft-cap is a little higher, and power has no cap. For this reason most Clerics choose 2 Miracle Healer and 2 Beacon of Faith (recovery + power) when going 2/2. The only set worth getting the 4-piece bonus for is Miracle Healer.
4pce Miracle Healer with a spec built around Vorpals, high Crit, high Recovery and fast Divine Power generation with 3 short cooldown dps encounters(IE:SB,SL,BtS) pushing dps as high as it will go for solid Repurpose Soul heals would be a fun way to go.
