Temple of Spider Daily Dungeon - not working on several characters

So since I started playing alts and levelling them up,I noticed that Temple of Spider daily dungeon seems to never complete for any of them, even after abandoning and retaking the quest. I had the same issue on my first character.

The associated town party quest that also requires you to do Temple of Spider works after you complete the dungeon, abandon it, and take it again, but not on first try either.

Actual in-game strategies, NPC locations, item uses, etc.. are things that we leave up to the players to figure out themselves, so that they can enjoy the experience of discovery and become more capable players in the process.
