Is PVP Cross Server? Maybe should be if the wait keeps being so long

I waited over an hour and never got a pvp q to pop last night on Mindflayer, maybe cross server PVP would be an option? Did anyone else find this last night? Maybe it was just a bad night.....hopefully not a regular thing.

I am playing pvp mostly right now and would hate to have to transfer to Dragon server because I have some pretty cool people on my server.

    PvP always pops within 2 mins for me, regardless of class(I have L60 GF and CW and a mid 40 TR). Unlike dungeons outside DD or skirmishes.

    Servers will be merged in the future. so there is no reason for Cross Server queues. Also this Saturday on the Test Server there is all server PvP going on, just copy your level 60 character to the test server and Join us.
