There's only 2 main reasons why TR is OP...
1. Because of Permastealth build(I agree, this build is truly OP) which I believe will be soon removed in the nxt patch.
2. They can 1 shot players, ofcourse TR can 1 shot u only when his LA is on or the TR has strong enchantments with late game items and ur hp/defense is too low.
So the only thing that needs to be nerf is LA & CoS or Feats/Encounters that supports Perma build. Btw the LA will now only have 25% bonus damage after the nerf. SE is dead and soon LA will be next. I wonder what daily is nxt.

Pls just accept the fact that your class(except for GWF which is semi OP) can't dominate TRs during 1V1 for they're meant to deal high single burst damage. In PvE, the best defense for a TR is to kill the enemy as fast as possible before the enemy kills him. In most Dungeons, TR are also having a hard time because of several adds with almost no aoe attacks, nerfing TR to the ground would make it rly rly difficult for casual gamers. C'mon guys don't only think of PvP, this game is more on PvE that's why it was named Dungeons & Dragons. Devs wont simply nerf a class jst because of PvP, but since they're nerfing the TR to the ground again. Let's see how many TRs will quit this game jst because of these whiners who gets beaten in PvP by a TR. Pls stop going to the forum when u get killed by a TR and cry without any idea how the TR class works. Don't forget that TRs can stack silly amounts of regen thanks to overbudgeted blue items. Add that to having multiple means to be immune to damage and TRs can almost heal themselves for as much as GWFs.

i agree with the fact that they should have single burst dmg but not in the way they can 1-2 shot players that isnt even remotely fun unless your a 10 year old getting his jollies. were all here to compete. i get that there is a pve aspect and to be honest when i Q for dungeons solo im usually getting a group of 2 CW 1 GWF 1 TR and me(DC) and let me tell you the TR blows everyone else out of the water when it come to dmg done. and if im not doing delves im 100% pvp'ing and it doesnt take but a few seconds to see that somethings off a bit. heres an example me(DC) is suppose to be wearing chainmail a TR is wearing leather yet im 10x squishier than they are.
oh i know dex is a big factor but lets be real has anyone seen in the log a single miss because i sure havent the game doesnt work that way. yet me in my chainmail i get 1-2 shot. but back to what i said i get what you're saying but something is seriously off when a class in pvp has double the amount of any other class in kills i played a game earlier where a TR went 22 kill 5 deaths under him was a GWF with 10k 4d. and thats just a match i had earlier i constantly see TR's ontop go into a pvp match i guarentee even the most incompetent TR will be ontop.

all i have to say to that quote is LOL about like 1/1000th of the time in any given pvp match are you ever going to be 1v1 unless you specifically call that person out in zone chat to meet in a location to do so. nor would i even think i could dominate a TR since im a healer( a ****ty one to thanks to cryptics class mechanics).
LA maxes out currently at 60% and it is being cut in half to 30%
Sneak Attack was changed from a damage bonus to a speed bonus.
Shocking Execution was reduced (I believe, but my recollection may be in error) over 60%.
But yes, it was balanced as it was part of how the TR fulfilled their role as a single-target damage dealer. They have minimal CC, almost no AoE, and no means of damage mitigation. For TR's to survive, they have to kill quickly.
For a TR to one-hit another player several things usually have to be in place. First, the TR must be in stealth. Second, the TR must have the Lurker's Assault daily up. Third, the other player needs to be careless or simply not playing well OR the TR needs to have properly positioned their own self for a strike. Fourth, the target needs to have low enough HP/Defense/Deflect for it to rip through on a critical.
Yet again, the idea of "balance" meaning all classes have the same strengths and weakness is wrong and frankly silly. A well -played CW should never die to a TR unless the TR is exceptionally well-played. The classes (except for DC's who need some Dev love) are well balanced now with different strengths and weaknesses. From what I have seen, most of the complaints come from PvP players who frankly don't play very well. From CW's who don't CC to GF's who never block there are many players who die in PvP because they're just not very good at playing that class yet.

well i don't think a Dc should have a chance to win any fight because isnt their hole, they are for heal ppl with a team no kill ppl
Yeah smart, so all us who play DC's will get fed up with PvP and stop playing -- so then you get no heals? It's not fair for every class to be independent except for one. You are the type of jerk who I let die even when I could save you. Because you'd never save me. The DC is not your cleric companion. Stop thinking of it that way.
