New Eldricth Stone Commit not working after patch

Hey folks

Just finished levelling my 4th toon and thought I would finally stick some augments on my Cleric companion.
Rather than buy any I used my level 4 Eldritch just for now, commited them all and nothing.. no Augment on my char

So I checked my main toon and his augment with the same companion is working (level 5s) so I switch back again, buy a lvl 5 just to see if the 4's are bugged but nope.. no bonus/augment at all..

This seems to have happened since the latest patch when some runestones/enchants switched from saying utility to equip..

The last patch screwed up many core features of the game. I don't understand how can they possibly screw this up....
