The last three Dungeon Delves I have not been able to play a dungeon.
The queue system keeps putting two or three people into dungeons.
The last three times it didn't manage a full group once, and this is during the Delves?
I'm very unsure what or why this keeps happening..?
It's becoming increasingly frustrating spending hours standing around trying to get a group. It's wearing very very thin..!

and before anyone suggests, changing to a large guild or spamming Protectors is not an option.)

It formed 1 party and 2 people cancelled and it still put us in the dungeon as a 3man party..
Seeing as this event is only 30mins long don't you think you guys should sort this queue system out its starting to get tedious..
As for normal dungeons, I feel ya pain man. Yes im sure a lot of people will say guild this or friend that but that its not the point..
Fix the queue system simple..
- dps classes and wizards have longer queue time. Really, really longer. There are too many of them. GFs have instant queue pop (my newly lvl 60 ones gets T2 offers within 30s), and clerics get offers within 10 mins or so. When i play my CW, i might never get anything during DD, even if i queue 40 mins before the event.
- exploiters leave rotten instances. You might get in, the boss has been cleared (sometimes, suicided, it causes some bugs), something failed, or not, and you can't do anything. Blame exploiters making you lose your queue position.

So, having these types of things in improper forums actually causes what you're getting at: Thinks being overlooked. As well, it is in our Rules to keep things posted in the appropriate forums.

FYI it's not a bug, it's a feature. You can have 3 replacement in a row, and when you get in an instance everyone left, you get a group of 3. It's not about moderation, it's just basic knowledge (and painful experiences) of game mechanics.

But it is, has been for the last 5 months & even when it is presented with a full party, it rearranges them, reassigns leadership, fails to create an instance in a timely fashion, or fails to 'port' all 5 to the instance!
What Class Are You?
Well this happens in instances people left, 3 people only will get in, and sometimes you get in front of the last boss when it's an exploiter's instance, if they skipped bosses (the first boss only seems to block the replacement feature). It's definitely not a bug, it's a feature. If there were unlimited replacements, no such thing would happen.
Makes Sense..
However, I don't consider it a bug, more of a flaw in the design architecture.
Regardless, please address this.
It's really killing the game for me, so far 4 hours of my life sitting here trying to get a Delve...
This is my game time, not my waiting for game time..

My experience has been completely different. Queueing up to run a non-epic dungeon with my GF has taken more than an hour several times. One of the reasons why I have gone to manually forming a group. Non-epic dungeon queues with my GWF usually take about 45 minutes.
Makes one wonder all those times waiting for delves (which take 40-60mintues), if its not actually people-matching that is the problem but the hard-coded number of instances that is setting the queue times. Since there are are some hugely preferred dungeons to queue for, others being >50% fail rate.
My guild leader played GG for the first time today so I showed him what to do in the PvE phases..
On to the Dungeons, me an him are in a party together, firstly it pulls me out of my party and into another so I leave..
We queue again..
Get into a group where the first thing in party chat is 'Whos running' one member runs of to exploit the map while everyone stands there, the exploiter gets stuck so 2 people leave, leaving me and my guild leader with yet again no dungeon run..
For first impressions it wasn't very good for someone new to GG an I guess he wont play it again.
Just adding this to my 'your queue system doesn't work' list..
Especially GG queues are beyond broken... So you wanna make a guild run, put the party together (full pty of 5), wait for half the event to be ported in just to find two of your friends replaced with some random strangers?! Not to mention it replaced our cleric with another GF so we had two in pty and no DC. This almost makes one cry in rage :c...

3-4 join party icons with 2 people declined everytime as soon as it popped..
