Panther companion bug

I, like many others, have bought the Hero of the North pack and I would like a dev, if possible, to answer why is the panther attack speed so bad.

I know many other threads have asked this same thing, but to my knowledge, searching, not a single dev has answered the direct question here in the forums. In other sites they mentioned they are working on it, but this is their own community, how about some answers.

I know they are working on companion AI behavior, but as one of the only purple companions, and one that cost $200 to get, it should be shown some more love than the others.

This leaves a bad taste in one's mouth. The spider mount is great and many of the other gifts in the pack are useful. Now, I'm not saying some of the items aren't fluff, but with an actual usable object, in this instance, companion, I think the "heavy lifters" or actual money spenders could get a little better than a useless pet.

The dev's are doing a good job and I'm sure they are stressed with other thinks as well, I guess I'm just asking for a tidbit of info about something players actually payed for and was not freely given.

Small bits of kindness do wonders to sooth minds and apprehensions.

Because all the striker companions suck, regardless of price. If you want more attack speed, stack a 1000 or so recovery on him. Thankfully, recovery scales well on a companion.
