WMS vs Wicked ~ lvl 40

Out of curiousity, what would you choose and why?

I now changed my wicked (RMB) for Surge Strike. My (LMB) is WMS.
Weapon master strike seem to give a debuff, so that other att-wills do more dmg..
ok.. does this also means when i attack with WMS that its dmg is boosted? or does it only count for other At-wills?

I played quite a while with WMS and Wicked for AoE, but i think w/o buffs to Wicked, that i may be better of with WMS Spamming, and during boss fights, a combo of WMS for the debuff, and then Surge Strike spamming, is this statement correct or wrong? The only usefull time to pick up wicked in my eyes, seem to be if u have the instigator path, and get 5% dmg per target hit by Wicked.

Your oppinion please.

    I have been using left/right combination so that I am alternating between WMS (first) and Wicked (second). Hits them with the debuff, then more damage. Huge AoE results and quick room clearing.
    The right to command is earned through duty, the privilege of rank is service.

    This right here says all you need to know. Read the numbers, WS does more damage than SS, just slightly less after more than one target is affected. WMS chained with WS in PvE, WMS chained with SS in PvP. That's what you need to do.
