Only Rare tasks are shown

Using either the gateway or the game interface (DRAGON shard) at random intervals only RARE tasks are shown for a profession. This has been going on since beginning. Bug tickets about this are ignored and deleted from the queue with no resolution. Either a bad code segment on one of the servers or the beginnings of a database corruption issue.

As a temporary workaround I found that if I start a rare task, then cancel it my task lists begin to show correctly again.

This works. I've also experienced this bug and the only alternative I've found is to wait it out.

There are lots of other posts on this forum about the same issue. Search before posting :-) If you search now, you will find other solutions.

I did search and none of the posted solutions worked which to my mind means a different bug. I had reported a similar issue a month ago where the in-game list and the Gateway list were different with never an acknowledgement of the bug and have submitted numerous tickets all which to date have been dutifully ignored. Thanks for the "advice".

The problem seems to show up if you look at your tasks from 2 different locations in short span of time (haven't tested to see how long). So for example, if you look at available tasks from the gateway and then go ingame and look at them, it will only show rare location. Or if you look at tasks ingame, and travel to another zone, and look at them again, it will also break.
