I recently had a problem with my account (specifically with a Zen transfer). I transferred money into the wrong game (an error on my part). I just wanted to thank Cryptic and PWE for quickly, efficiently and courteously handling the problem. I see many people on the forums complaining about the game and PWE's service (or lack thereof), but I can honestly say that whenever I have had any sort of issue (and they've been few and far-between in my years of playing Cryptic games), things have been handled in a professional and timely manner.
It's been completely different for me. I guess I can't complain about the customer service to much, since that would first require getting a response. I'm 42 years old and can honestly say the service ticket system is the slowest worst I have ever seen in my lifetime bar none. My guess is I will be a senior citizen before I even get a reply.
