Helmet/mask does not show in game

Although I have a mask/helmet on it does not show up in game . I tried taking it off and putting it back on, I bought a new 1 and put that on and it still does not show up in game. CAn you fix this so the helmet/mask shows up in game? I am on Mindflaye server.

    This one might not be a bug. Hit the little arrow next to Head, there is something like "Enable Visuals" or "Disable Visuals" on the drop down list - hit this to toggle it.

    thank you llewelyn I now have a mask but where is the hat part?
