Cryptic, Why? Plaguefires

I'm sure i'm not the only one who ended up with this. My question is... Why?

Armor enchants get perfect by fusing 4 greaters.

Weapon enchants get perfect by fusing 4 greaters.

So, logically, every other enchant should have this formula.

Why would you not have a perfect version for plaguefires? Sure i can understand the defense down would be too OP if taken another notch up, so why not just make a perfect version with better visual effects, higher % damage but the same defense down effect as with greater plaguefire?

Weapon enchant Plaguefires not having a perfect version where other weapon enchants have a perfect seems.. tricky, and illogical. -_-

Is there a "chance" you would make a perfect version of this in the future? O_o

Personally not fond of enchants that reduce %s of someone's armor class or that monsters of all types have such pitiful armor mitigation GWFs seem all about lowering enemy armor values on powers and feats compared to other classes. I'd have preferred some real team play with the classes like bosses having something like 60 or 70% mitigation with 50% of their current hp, where the GWF runs in with a great cleaving blow shattering the enemies defenses the rogue uses this opening to stab deeply into the now exposed body as the GF taunts their failures and shields his allies while the cleric offers support and the CW laughs maniacally displacing their minions with arcane energies that such simple minded followers fail to comprehend.

As long as when they get there the classes aren't all clones of each other which seems to happen where they make the classes more and more alike because of some PvP element where they try to balance apples to oranges.

Well Plague fire and Tene's are found in lockboxes is the reason why they only go to greater. There is no perfect Tene enchant thank god right. So plague and tene max out at greater is all.
