Effect Name for End Chest Rings

Anyone know what the name of this effect is?

I've looked through all the effects several times, and I'm either blind, or its named something funny.

To clarify, I'm looking for the expanding golden rings that surround end chest when a quest is complete.

I think they are only available if you place that chest.

I don't think the effect is separate from the chest.
