Can't get reward from Rhix after completing Daily Skirmish

Hello, Yesterday i completed the daily skirmish Gate Crashers 3/3 times but when i can't get the reward from Rhix. On my queue channel i still see the same skirmish, thus i'm pretty sure that it's not necessary to drop the quest. I double checked my journal and my queue tab to be sure whether i've still got the same skirmish. Still i can't receive the reward. I didn't drop the quest because we're talking about 3 skirmishes, that would take me hell of a time. I'd really appreciate a review from a moderator. I reported this as a bug to a GM but they told me to report it in the forum.

I had the same problem with the same skirmish (Gate Crashers) which I did during double Astral Diamond weekend and sent in ticket and bug report and all I got was reply back saying check forums. I also had same thing happen with daily dungeon, Temple of the Spider, and sent in ticket and bug report and only got reply of check forums. I have searched and searched and read everything in forums and there is NO help about it. GMs DON'T care. Too many bugs and way too many exploits in this game and they dont care. This game had potential but its going down hill fast.

I'm surprised you had enough people to do this on the preview server, but it's the same on live and is because you outlevelled your quest.

It's December 2013 now and we've had, by my count, 22 patches, 2 new modules introduced (Sharandar and Dread Ring), a new character class AND new paradigm paths added since the first of August. I'm on my third character to run this skirmish and it still won't give me the option to talk to Rhix upon completion of my third run. And contrary to murraymania's theory, it is not because my character out-leveled the quest. She is at Level 51 (almost 52), has run it 5 times now, and could probably run at least two more times before she levels out of the eligibility zone.

When I submitted a bug report in-game, it gave me a ticket ID # (2,155,468 on 10 Dec 2013 @ 11:43AM, in case you're interested), but when I went to "View My Tickets" in-game, the panel doesn't indicate that I even started one. Very frustrating overall.

Same thing happened to me on one of my skirmish dailies post module 2 launch, though I did notice that while the skirmish was still available, the Rhyx daily had moved on to the next zone's skirmish. I think the extension of the skirmish level limits either broke their fix, or made the problem more common. (This only affects the skirmish dailies; dungeon dailies you can finish and turn in after you've outleveled them.)
