I do agree though it would help avoid poorly one sided fights to at least some degree if pugs only fought other pugs

Dont hold your breath been asking for that in STO too for the last 3+ years, I mean were still playing on the same 3 arena maps and 1 capture map they launched with not a single new map or game play type added to PvP and as far as balance craptic does not know the meaning of the word.....

Nerf Tene's since its terrible for PvP and this would be nice. So if you are competitive premade que. Just messing around the pug que. Kinda think all death matches should be 10v10. Then they should have a 2v2 , 3v3, 5v5 arena
