DC'ing and Losing Chest On DD Bosses

This has happened to me multiple times where we will be doing the delve and mid boss I will disconnect and get kicked out to Protector's Enclave. When i rejoin the instance and kill the boss even though it says the chest is unlocked I am unable to open the chest.

Getting irritating for how frequently this keeps happening and would be something to make me quit this game since delves are really the only way to get decent loot

    yea Ive seen this happen to my party members as well..DCn right before last boss dies..I wait and they have to run alll the way through dungeon(which was supposed to be fiiiiiixed already) and no chest for them.Used to be you could hold chest and it opened but not anymore it seems.
