So basically, I bought the HotN founder pack a week or so ago and didn't get my Fashion set that you're supposed to receive with it. I've checked all my characters to see if they can claim it/get it in the mial/etc. and its nowhere to be found. I got all the other items I was supposed to get, just no moonstone regalia (or whatever it was called -- pretty sure that was right). I filed a ticket in-game pretty much immediately (I might have waited until the next day, I don't remember) and have had no response other than the automated one.
This isn't the BIGGEST deal in the world to me, so I can afford to wait some time for this to be addressed, but I do like to obtain what I pay for. I love the game and have spent money (and will continue to do so) on it, but I do feel slightly hesitant now since I have not had any more feedback regarding my issue.
Again, not the biggest deal in the world to me, but it'd be nice to get my stuff sometime. Other than this, no complaints -- keep up the good work PWE/Cryptic!

Oh, I tried to activate my HotN title for the forums a few minutes ago. When I couldn't figure out how to do it, I simply searched for the answer via the search tool in the forums. I found pages and pages full of the same thing, "User CP --> My Account --> Permissions Tab --> Set Title to whatever" and then "if Permissions group doesn't show for you, log out, close all tabs of your browser, log back in, set your title". I have done this a few times now on both Google Chrome and Internet Explorer and I am unable to see my permissions group to set my title.

. . . . . Please make sure you double check the reward vendor (he's across the temple grounds from Sergeant Knox, through the tunnel under the Temple of Tyr) on their Reclaim page. If it is not there to reclaim and not in your mail, make sure you file a bug report and then file an In-Game GM ticket and reference your bug report number in the description.

. . . . . My first reply was to your OP. For this issue, please make a Support Ticket for sure. First try clearing your cookies and cache but if it didn't work on either browser, it may be a billing issue that is also related to your OP's stated issues.
