Campfires do not give mending wounds effect in Rothe Valley (after 6-27 patch)

According to the latest patch notes, this was fixed in Vellosk:
I am currently at the 3rd (or 4th?) campfire in Rothe Valley (with Mayor Gunderson) and so far, NONE of the campfires (including the ones in instances) give this effect.
