Pirates T2 is completely broken

I just spent a good 40 minutes doing a public T2 pirates. Not something I normally do, but wanted to at least get a single DD chest.
After going through the entire dungeon, I get to the last boss only to find there is NO anchor to get aboard his ship.
COMPLETE waste of my time for zero reward. How the hell does this even happen. Why would it be deleted in the first place for the bug to be able to exist ?
