Hazel's dialogue is empty!

There's a problem with the dialogue with Hazel the Alchemist in Ebon Downs - her dialogue box comes up empty and there is no way to exit it other than going back into windows and forcing a quit. She also offers information on the mushroom collecting event, but even that was gone. This happened for my friend at the same time.

Some of the other quest givers are having the same problem.
