Can't cast or cancel encounters and daily (area abilites) with mouse after patch

I've seen some similar threads, but none which has this specific problem. Before the patch I'm pretty sure I was able to cast area spells (like daunting light and flame strike and divine glow) with hitting the desired keyboard key+left mouse. Now it doesn't work. Also I can't cancel the spell with right mouse, however I found out it's possible with hitting the "esc" key. The only way to cast spell is to double click the allocated keyboard which is very different than what I was used to all this time.

Same for me,cant use my mouse to fire off an encounter,have to press the relevant key twice.Wasn't like this before todays god awful excuse of a patch... :mad:

Not being able to hand in quests or take new ones kinda defeats the object of this MMO

If you also happen to have empty NPCs dialog boxes there is a temporary fix for this http://nw-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?375322-Rhix-bugged-after-patch&p=4763421&viewfull=1#post4763421

This fix also helped with casting spells for me.
