How to get 9200+ Gear Score without having Millions AD????

Hello everyone

I am not very rich in Astral Diamond like some people, but I wonder if I can get a 9200+ Gear Score with a limited budget like 50k-100k AD?

I wonder if Green and Blue gears can obtain that?

Second question:

What kind of specs should I look to raise my GS on Rogue, Wiz, GWF, DC and GF?

For Rogue I know its Crit damage, but will Power, defense, recovery and Armor Pen will raise my GS?

Thx in advance!!!

You can easily get that GS with 50-100k, ive got a Rogue on Beholder and the first set i got was a Battlefield scavenger which was about 20k a piece but now its down to pennies i think..

Only the really hard to get T2 sets are worth 250k+ per piece on the Auction House from what ive seen.

Cant really advise you on what to spec in, im a great believer in trial and error and finding what suits your playstyle best rather than follow a build..

You can practically get an almost full Epic set if you pvp long enough.
The first Epic set I had on my DC, was a full Pvp Set, with some other random epics I got on the auction house ( Belt,Rings and cape)
And my score was up to 10.110, without even trying.

Yep. No issues getting GS of 9.2k with roughly 50k - 75k AD.

Look for t1 sets and mix and match 2piece bonuses for Head/chest/arm/feet.

Why do you desperately want to get in CN without getting to know your class in epic dungeons?
Use the <removed exploit lead-in> to interact with the auction vendor.

I have to agree with the above posters, why 9200 in particular?

If you want to rush getting into Castle Never, then let me tell you right now that with a 9.2k gear score you will never find a decent group who can go past the first boss (at most).

As in any RPG, you either go do content for items...or in this particular game spend tons of real money and get it. Assuming you are lazy (which is apparent from your post), you can convert 100-200 USD/EUR/GBP/whatever into the best gear in the game and get it over with. Which I also recommend for everyone else playing the game, help bring Zen prices down again!

9200 is nothing... just get the pvp gear for free and spend 20k AD..

I am pretty sure I outfitted my DC to a GS around 9200 for 50K or less BEFORE the DC nerf. I believe it was all Purples except for one ring and the Shirt/Pants which were Blue and Greens respectively. It seemed that the most expensive items to get High GS values on per AD are shirts/pants and rings which is why I went this route.

I did have to fuse enchantments that I had been collecting to get rank 5 offense and defense to do this though, but I had already more than enough to do that easily, but also didn't want to waste any rank 6s on something that I might not keep very long.

You can get 9200+ GS with just T1 pvp set + some T2 jewelry and Rank 5 enchants.

I've read and saw some people as a Wizard having a Full Epic T1 set and complaining that they can't reach 9200+ on GS no matter what they add as a ring, neck, etc.

9200+ and above is my Goal to survive and to kill monster a bit faster.

And some people don't even talk to you if u don't have a 9200 minimum score for dungeon....

Perhaps they weren't using rank 5 enchants? With a mix of Tier 1/ cheap Tier 2 gear I got 9.2k but rank 5 enchants were pretty much needed.

Do some pvp, buy all pvp set. If you are a GF, use conqueror build. With same gear i can rise a 9k GS to more than 12k, tnks to the last feat of conqueror path. Nonsense :D

I agree about the GF gearscore. It's silly how 1 feat can add about 2k to their gearscore. It's a good feat, but not worth 2k gs. A 9.5k GF should be a decent asset in T2 for example, but they really aren't.

Yeah.. changing your spec/build can change your GS... which is kinda bullcrap.

Power is the main stat in gear score not gear. I put a rank 7 Radiant in my gemmed shirt yesterday to get 400 more gear score. Power is all you need for a high gear score.

Well, I am a tank GF (so no points from feats), and I got over 9.2k just using full PvP gear, and accs are from t1 coins. Enchants are just rank4~5. PvP gear is cheap, and pretty easy to obtain sort of.

I need to see and analyse what you guys are wearing to get 10k-12k GS or what kind of build to get that.

    Thx

T1 gear costs 5-10k a piece. weapons 10-25k. you can buy blue rings 10-12k each, purple are 25-30k each. Amulet can be bought for 15-20k. Buy you can be lucky and find something even cheaper. Blue belt might be better that T1 purple.
PVP set is competitive also. You need to sit thru all the frustration. And you save AD.

The gateway, except it's currently down. I'll post my basic T1 based GF setup when it's back up.

Not sure what kinda screwed up stats they run if they cant get 9.2k with T1. I'm at 10k+ on my Wiz and he's wearing 2x Focal and 2x PvP, rank 5 chants, T2 rings, Demonweb neck (tier 1.5?), cheap t2 weapon and t1 off hand. I think the whole thing did cost me something like 200k, which isnt much for a full set. Spec is 0/21/10, top damage most every dungeon.

Also, you shouldnt aim for a GS just to get into higher tier dungeons, thats just plain stupid and disrespectful to your group. Play T1 dungeons, get to know your character properly before stepping into the dungeons where you really need to know your class. I've ended up in a few bad groups where it's been easily noticed that most members have only cared for their GS number rather than getting proper stats. It mostly turns into a total fail with an hour or two wasted depending on the dungeon. I also suggest that if you plan on going T2 or CN at the get go, get higher than the minimum GS. With minimum class knowledge in dungeons and minimal entry GS you will most likely be more of a hindrance than a help. GS isnt all, knowing your class is far more valueble.

Atleast in T1 dungeons it doesnt matter, since 2 people can finnish most bosses anyways.

Thank you Sneakyervin for your advice. I wonder if you can post ur profile in this forum later on because I need to analyse what I am missing to get that 10k gs. I need to see how much strength, crit, defense, recovery, armor Pen you got to fix my own wiz.

    thx

Even without any enchants or epic jewelry you should be pushing 9.8 to 10.5k. You can swap the shield for lower priced item such as a basic shield(around 2 to 10k).
