Unable to collect rewards for completed Profession task

I have two slots for my professions. Both were assigned to tasks for leadership. Everything was completed fine. However, when I click on Collect for the reward, nothing happens. The slots have been sitting like this, with me unable to start new tasks or collect on the old ones. The reward was two medium green chests of goods , 125 exp, and 80 leadership exp for both slots. Assignment was : "Follow Map to a Treasure Catch"

This only occurred this way on one character. Another did the same, but resolved itself within the day. This one has been like this for over a week.
