[Suggestion] 2 sub forums. Pending Reviews and Foundry Assistance

I think it would go a long way if we could get a couple sub forums to separate out the players requesting playtests and the players looking for advice on their foundries into 2 groups. I would love to help offer guidance but the amount of "Test my Foundry" request far outweighs the questions.

It might also be good to add a Foundry Bugs section so that we can post bugs when we find them along with workarounds if we discover them.
