Ultimate Game Cards a rip off

today i just got 20$ of game credit to put onto perfect world, so i got an ultimate game card bcus thats all our country seems to have. Now usally when you buy 20$ of anything game credit (lets so PS3 or xbox) you usally get 20$ worth of value for 20$... ultimate game cards has a hidden charge 20$ of credit is really 17$ or less of credit... yea i know im b***hing and complaining so please go ahead and flame me.. but in our country its illegal to do things like that. ive returned the card and sadly PWE will not get any of my money for this let down.

    I have used them and not had that problem. I get face value on the card as my credit.

    What country are you in?
