Dungeon System is Broken

So, the current dungeon system is as follows - No spot can be filled unless it is @ the very start of the dungeon, and so if anyone leaves mid dungeon, the dungeon is over. There are very few T1/T2 bosses that can be four manned. I am just looking to get some input on everyone else feelings about the system right now. Even finding group through zone I've gotten unlucky. Im not trying to QQ to hard, Id just like to know if there is anything in the works to fix this problem?

    Yes, i was discussing this issue with some mates , and we came up with this :

    - Make a (KICK VOTE) system for dungeon, which allows you to vote for kicking someone for the following reasons:

    1- Narrowing the incidents of a group being kicked at last boss for loot.
    2-Someone flaming his team so hard.
    3-Someone who is unwilling to help his team.

    - Apply the ability of inviting people in mid dungeon with the (KICK VOTE) system for same reasons mentioned above.

    The kick vote is a bad idea, people would still be booted after a boss fight, if 4 *guildies* are together and they decide its best if they share the loot.

    NW needs an open party system like ddo.

    Under chat options is says open party chat channel. This makes me wonder.... what is this for?

    At the very least, we need the ability to inv so we can replace pugs who leave dungeons for whatever reason. PLEASE!

    That's why i said " Narrowing", Problem will remain but with less incidents.

    This will be abused by 4 men premades , not happening in million years kthxbye .

    Rescale dungeon difficulty to fit 2,3,4-man groups =/
    2 GWFS, 3 TRs, 2 GFs, 1 HR, 1 CW

    I read an official statement saying that devs are working on it. Hopefully it will be fixed sooner than later.

    I don't want to kick anyone, just give me the ability to replace someone when they disconnect and never return or they get pissed on the first wipe and leave.

    Don't allow players to be kicked from groups when loot rolls are going on. Simple fix, same thing Blizzard uses in World of Warcraft. Vote to kick someone requires a vote of 4 players, not 2, not 3, but 4 players to vote yes and kick a player from the group.

    The vote system can't be used when engaged in combat, and can't be used during loot roll's, this way it prevents players from abusing the vote kick system. No, you can't wait until you down the boss and then kick someone to avoid the (no kicking a player during combat), because as soon as combat ends the vote kick function is still grayed out for a little while.

    Also, factor in the No kicking of players during loot rolls prevents players from being removed from groups once you killed the boss. The gear drops automatically or by a player looting the boss, either way until the roll from All players ends no one can be kicked. Even if a player leaves the group on their own accord, the loot window still persists until the loot is distributed.

    Most T2s & T1s can be 4 manned.

    Me has Trio'd Frozen Heart (DC/CW/GWF & also once with TR/CW/GWF) + Pirate King (DC/TR/GWF)
    & Duo'd Karrundax. (GWF/DC)
    Clock Tower can be solo'd.

    Most T1/T2 can be 4 manned provided that the one who drops is a DD.
    Losing a cleric is the worst.
    Followed by losing a CW/tank (depending on the run).

    Losing DDs are easy to deal with.
    Delve loot murdered my TR, DC, & GWF. Nerf Plox:
    I know that it sucks to no longer get gear to sell from the Dungeon Delve chest but it was truly overpowered.
