Zen Transfer Issue

I recently bought Zen with a credit card and it says Transaction complete but I still need to transfer them to NeverWinter. When I select NeverWinter, the server and the amount of Zen to transfer I then click transfer but nothing seems to happen. I waited a little while and tried again multiple times. I still don't hate the credits in-game and am not able to transfer them. Please help!

    I am bumping this, as I cannot find an answer myself.

    Never mind. Pop-up blocker is you issue. I just tried disabling mine and it worked.
