Perfect Briartwine missing vines

Hi I recently upgraded to a Perfect Briartwine enchantment. I really enjoy almost everything about it from the particles floating about to the spikes and vines and pulsing green stuff.
However, I was disappointed to find that the vines that had pulsed and detailed my armor in the normal (as in between lesser and greater) Briartwine was missing. I noticed that a faint green shimmer covered my armor instead. Is this intentional? The vines trellising my Wedding Gown or trimming my armor was one of the major selling points of the enchantment for me, having bought a full set of High Harvest kits to match it.
If this is unintentional and bound to be changed then great, if not and the green shimmer is the "evolution" of the vines, please take this as my petition to bring the vines back in!
