Rank of Adventurer?

What rank are they, really?

Tooltip says "Rank 2, Leadership, Person, Rank 3, Rank 1"

Does this mean the Asset can do any of the ranks?

    They are rank 3, and as such they can also do rank 2 and rank 1 leadership tasks as well.

    Same with the man at arm. If you're only looking for rank 3 assets, you can use any of man-at-arm, adventurer, or hero. Only difference between them is speed bonus of +10%, +25%, or +50%. They're all rank 3 otherwise.
