Looking for help to form a new guild - Dragon Shard

Greetings to all fellow Neverwinter players. I know there are already dozens of guilds out there and many of you might think me mad to want to go and create one from scratch. There's probably even a couple guilds out there on Dragon I'd fit into quite nicely. Finding them has proven somewhat difficult, however. Moreover, the vast majority of guilds I've seen seem to tailor to this or that part of the game specifically, even if a few of those that do give lip service to the concept of enjoying the other aspects of the game as well. So, I got it in my insane noggin to just found my own guild. To do so, I need at least four other founding members, though.
I suppose I should start by telling you the type of guild I'd like to build. I want to create a guild that caters equally to all aspects of the game. That's PvP, PvE, crafting, Foundry creation and play. More importantly I want to create a guild that caters to all styles of play. The casual player who only joins in once or twice a week, the hardcore who is on a couple hours every day, players focused purely on their combat crunchiness, players who just like to tool around and try different things, and players who actually enjoy getting into character and immersing themselves in the world. I want to build this guild with two overarching tenants to guide all of it's members. First, to have fun playing the game your way. Second, to lend a hand and help out other players in need, whether they be fellow guild members or strangers (though the level of help would certainly be expected to be greater for fellow guild members).
If any of this sounds interesting to you, please feel free to PM me here first so we can talk about it. I am pretty new to this and so far I have only immersed myself in the PvE aspects of the game. I am hoping to pull in one Foundry creation veteran, one more PvE person, and two PvP veterans to form the founding party for the guild. Any level is fine by me so long as the character qualifies for forming a guild. Hopefully I can find enough people this way and we can talk out how best to get things rolling and come up with a name we are all satisfied with. I look forward to hearing from all of my fellow dreamers not already guild committed.
