Gauntlgrym Delzoun Crypts access is buggy as hell

Yesterday I participated in Gauntlgrym and my side "won" both phases but I ended up not getting an Armories of Moradin and so could only queue for the Tier 1 dungeon. I participated in both phases, but the second phase had a ton of map disconnects for myself and others and perhaps this was the reason.
Today I just participated in Gauntlgrym again from the very start of the first phase all the way through. Got Bronze in the first phase and even got Gold in the second phase. My side won the event. I have both of the items awarded to me and indeed in my inventory.
Cannot enter EITHER dungeon this time. From the sounds in Zone chat this is hardly unique to me and given the large time commitment for this "end game" content I would think QA would have tested this very aspect to death to ensure that it simply could not occur...
Instead this seems to almost always occur.
