Party Leaders Kicking from Dungeon at End - Stealing loot

How do we prevent this from happening, it's becoming a recurring theme whereby party leader will kick everyone one by one, for whatever reason.

No.1: dont get to roll on loot
no.2: dont even get credit for the dungeon, for daily etc.

this is a serious issue, and im sure some will say dont run with pugs, but i dont have the luxury of running with guild, or having ppl to play with in my timezone even.

we need some sort of vote system in place...

No sarcasm answer; Don't run dungeons until they fix it. They are going to, for some reason they didn't see the obvious.
