Dungeons "porting"

Why the hell do we get ported to the dungeon entrance instead of the group majority or even leader or the last active camp? Why do I, in the event of a DC, have to do the entire distance of the dungeon even if the last camp IS active?

Nevermind the "workable option" as it is not universal on all dungeons.

When are we getting a decent porting system for dungeons?
