Anyone else moving really slowly?

In the past couple of hours all my chars are moving really slowly, tried with graphics on minimum, but no change.
The /netgraph command gives me an ok ping, around 130-150.

Anyone else having this problem?

    You sure its a server/internet problem and not because your characters died and now have a leg injury?

    All three in PE, on login, not really, and all my chars in STO as well, pretty big injury to happen between games.
