Forum Suggestion: Let us upload pictures from our computer please!

I don't have a website, nor the knowledge of how to upload images from the web. Please let us upload pictures/images from our computers too. I've got several graphical bugs captured with screenshots I'd like to post, but I cant get the images onto a url.

Please consider this!

    I recommend using Imgur, it's pretty simply and provides a number of ways to link the uploaded image(s).

    I hope you won't be offended, but I think this is an essential skill that every PC user should know. So I'll tell you how I do it.

    I use this site: http://imageshack.us/ It's free and you do not have to join anything. I'm using it now to upload the following images for you:

    Click the 'Browse' button and browse to the image you want to upload from your computer. Then click the 'Upload Now' button.

    When you get to the image links screen, select the 'Direct Link' entry (click once in the field to select the whole entry then press CTRL+C)

    Come back to the forum. At the top of the reply pane you'll see several icons, hover your mouse over them until you find the one that says 'Insert Image' then click it. Press CRTL+V to paste the link to your image, then click OK.

    There you go! When you post your message, your images should now show up. If you like, you can upload a test image here to see how it all works. It's very easy once you get the hang of it and it's something you really need to know how to do.

    I have a similar issue other than I have figured out how to upload the image...but the image shows an X instead of as an image.
