-When starts, massive rubberbanding for 1-1.5minutes
-During the event massive lag, feels like you play with 1000+ms.
-Monsters are ... just appearing and disappearing, feels like they -most of the time- not even there
-IF too many high lvl players around, the monsters are rly untouchable, they die in 0.2sec. At least you should have added elite monsters, not this lvl60 basic skeletons.
-Then the small amount reward (since you barely able to touch the monsters).
-At the end of the event, game screen stops (game not freezing but totally stops), 1fps for 20-30sec (prob. server counting the rewards or something).
The quality of this event is under the average "radar" (and still other gamebreaking bugs remained in the game). If you continue doing the quality as it is in the future, the game will be forgotten very fast, pls remember I told you so.
P.S.: And my dropped reward just went byby after the screen came back at the end of the event, since I was not able to pick up anything, I saw at least 5-6items on the ground. Great. :S

You could reduce all your Video options ingame to the lowest possible settings.
It might help a bit in the graphics lag.
I just wanted to add that I am only getting 1 of the minions bones at the end of event rather than the two shown. as well as the aforementioned problems.
Not graph lag. Big events are fine too on my machine (I7@920 4Ghz, Ati HD6990 (dualgpu vga), 12GB 1.8Ghz Ram). Other events are fine too this is simple netcode related lag, not graphical.

Having the same issue where I'm awarded less bones than is shown on the end screen.
My game crash's when the portal close's no matter were I am in protectors enclave. I even ran away before the event ended and it still crashed the game wtf is this **** like...
Yes I experience the same issues but mostly not as bad.
Rubberbanding at start of event COULD mean too many avatars on the same instance are trying to downloading new content. Or it could mean the server is bogging down in calculating battle in an environment (the enclave) that never sees action...
About the gameplay, itself, of these portals: the rewards match the difficulty and should be skipped by many players once they know and that in itself will help reduce lag.
At the end, when the Portals close. Neverwinter app freezes and never recovers, every time I've done these portals so far.

I was playing on my friend's normal-quality gaming laptop (can play most of the game fine at medium graphics), and I was getting pretty laggy. Then while he was at work, I went on his super-gaming laptop (top of the line everything) and I experienced zero lag at top graphics. It's not the developer's fault that your machine can't handle it. Quit your whining. You aren't paying real money for this event to happen nor the rewards, so suck it up and get a better system. Whining on the forums is not going to get bug fixes or anyone's help. Everyone has to upgrade some day.
