I am planning to change my items and want to know which stat to focus on to arrive to my ideal build. Don't have an idea what the highest values for the stats are.

I would appreciate it if anyone could provide me with the highest value the stats below can go to before diminishing in value.

POWER
CRIT
Armor Pen
Recovery

Thanks a lot!

    Currently it's:
    Armor Pen
    Crit
    ignore rest.

Problem currently is the scaling of Recovery and Power. It's not great Scaling that stuff. The problem at hand is that for non-purples, you have basically 4 types of item builds. Single stat, Multi-stat are primary. Each would then be divided by whether or not it is a Stat-Defensive, or a Stat-Offensive play. Most of the end gear is a derived Multi-stat.

Due to the range in scaling of a single power over that of a multi-stat item, you normally get more benefit from having 3 smaller stat increases over that of 1 large stat increase, when spread out over your item slots. (I currently have a main GWF with a recovery/crit setup. current upgrades make my defensive value go down without buying rank 7ish runes to suppliment.)

What I want to know is what is the highest value on Arm pen. How does it work specifically in PvP. How does it work I mean. How far can I stack it and to what lvl should I stop. I have heard 22% in Rokuthy's guide for GF's. What I want to know is. Lets say you are using Greater Plague. That with 3 stacks is 45% arm pen. Then if you stack arm pen past 22%. What happens to the target you are hitting ? Is the target at a negative on mitigation so the damage is doubled ?

Am I correct in saying that these values cap at:

    Crit caps = 3.2 K
    Armor Pen = 2K
    Recovery = 1.6K
    Power - no idea
    Defense- no idea

Please correct me. I need your inputs.

    Sorry for my bad english

How can there be a cap for anything. Not only that I have over 1.6k recovery and it works just fine. Maybe some diminishing at some point. I just think that there is no cap but I have no idea which is why I asked earlier.

Power has no Cap, not sure about defense.

The others have a "Soft Cap", which is the point where Diminishing Returns make it wasteful to put more stats into it.

I've been told from multiple sources that the cap for Crit and Recovery are 3k+, I'm not sure about Armor Pen.

Seems logical. I can run with that.
