Bosses and a tutorial?

So I was wondering if there is an unofficial tutorial for the foundry, I tried to make one but could only find clusters of mobs and can only use previous 'dungeons' etc Maybe I'm looking in the wrong section or something but having a tutorial as to where stuff can be found would be handy
Also is it possible to make bosses, or a single very hard mob?

Scroll down to the bottom of the first post. One of the links (encounters for dummies) has a list of boss-ish encounters you can use.
