Repurpose Soul - bugged?

It seems to work on some spells like like sunburst and FF and at wills but it only affects the first hit or tic.

Like in BoTs being a DoT, re-purpose Soul doesnt count all of the tics that crit but procs only on the first. same with FF.

Also if you Crit on several targets using Sun burst, re-purpose soul only considers 1 of the crits.

    I think it is a bit bugged, yes.

    I can kinda understand the DoT's not proccing every tick, but Sun Burst should proc on every individual crit (As should other AoEs)

    Each crit should make it proc. For me it was the bread and butter of the Crit build.
