My AS downtime went from 2-4 seconds overnight

Hello, I'm just wondering why the downtime on my astral shield was 2 seconds on patch day and then the next day it was 5 seconds. I have the same gear on, was recovery ninja nerfed?

    2s? you have over 7k-8k recovery (maybe even more)

    I had 45% recharge speed increase. Lets put it this way, I take off 2000 recovery gear and the downtime is still 5 sec. Basically the lowest you can get the downtime to be now is five seconds. It was not like this on patch day.

    Read other threads on the forum. AS used to last 15 secs it now lasts 10 secs. The fact you cannot get the downtime to less than 5 secs is new though.

    My downtime is 4.7 seconds.

    By using Linked Spirit in a populated place, allowing it to "Link" far more times than possible in a dungeon, I got up to 8,600 Recovery (Approx). My downtime was 4.3 seconds.

    Basically, 5 seconds is the best you'll get. You might be able to get to 4 if you focus entirely on Recovery, but it's wasteful.
