Archmage 4 piece set bonus broken

It is no longer reducing the cooldown of control powers on the cast of other control powers. The 4 piece bonus is nonfunctional.

    I can confirm this bug.
    Also the Shield skill is no longer effected by arcane stacks.

    This combination makes the archmage set severly broken.

    Add to this the new changes in Threat.
    So now CW's are high on Threat with adds in dungeons, have little defence and a huge loss of control due to these bugs.

    So now the playstyle of a control wizard is not viable anymore.( better to take a different class )

    Also the Feat called "Alacrity" does nothing.
    Thats 3 bugs so far, all related to cooldowns I have found.

    i confirm the archmage no functional passive from 4 set items. also shield dont work correct with arcane stucks :( hope to corrected soon, i cant have fun with broken items :(
