I know multiple posts about this have been posted already, but I have yet to find any specific answers to my particular worries in forums yet, so I figured I'd ask.
First off, exploits in dungeons, are becoming a huge problem. The ability to do things like run through mobs, jump off the sides of maps to die in order to teleport ahead to the next campfire, run along map edges/jump off of platforms (in a broken way) to skip some bosses, pull bosses far past their spawn point and all the way to campfires for easy healing, and many many others, are making it impossible for any dungeon to be run legitimately with many "veteran" parties. "Veteran" is becoming synonymous in many circles for people who don't even know how to play, they just know all the "shortcuts" in dungeons so they can cut corners and do things faster. I personally feel that cutting corners in this manner only creates two more in these situations. This isn't even addressing "Preclearing" which I also consider to be an exploit that could use some addressing.
Secondly, and in relation to the first, nearly every dungeon I run (although it doesn't occur every run, just in every dungeon I have currently done, including epics), I have run across a bug where boss' mob spawns have the chance to end up spawning ENDLESSLY, which makes the whole dungeon impossible to complete and blocks progress. This is a severe problem mostly because of two things. A.) Dungeons take a long time (usually 45-mins to and hour), and finding this bug at the final boss room is extremely aggravating, and B.) With Dungeon Delves only lasting an hour, having this bug pop up at the final boss, oftentimes for me meaning that DD is already over, but the chest is still open for me, loses you not just time but items you can only access 2-3 times a day. This is a serious hindrance to players, and is incredibly frustrating since Epic dungeons ARE most of the endgame in Neverwinter.
Finally, exploits in PvP also need addressing. Specifically the fact that it's possible to access the all enemy spawn points but one (and no, I'm not going to tell you HOW to do it unless a GM comes to me privately and asks, it's too common a knowledge how to do it as it is at the moment, and I won't perpetuate it). Being camped or camping the other team by exploiting the ability to get up to their spawn point (or in some cases attack them from the ground outside of it) is game breaking and unacceptable. I will admit, it is convenient when one team ends up a bot team, but it's an exploit that shouldn't exist. Simply placing a one-way portal to exit the spawn area, some sort of trap that kills an enemy who stands on the spawn point, or some other similar measure would be all it would take to stop this.
So my question is this. Is there any REAL data out there that says:
A.) These issues are known to PWI and are being addressed.
B.) Is this any known timeline on when we can expect some kind of fix.
and C.) Will players who are obviously utilizing and abusing these exploits and others like them face any sort of consequences? (Assuming they can be reliably reported/located)
